One of the beautiful things about optimizing a website for search is that you don’t have to spend as much time looking for your next client. Your website does a lot of that work for you. That said, once the prospects start to roll in, it’s your job to be there when the messages roll in and be prepared to walk the interested parties through next steps.

Over the years, I’ve come to notice that prospects tend to ask the same things. And since I work with a very specific niche, the communications I have with clients are similar, too. So rather than compose every email from-scratch, I now just rely on a bunch of email templates to do the work for me. And if you’re a Gmail user, you can save them there to make it even easier to communicate with prospects and clients.

This set of email templates covers the basic conversations you’re going to have over and over again. For example:
